Shipping and purchase conditions
The shipment of the order made by you in our online store will be made by us within 24 hours after the payment confirmation, as long as we have all the products requested in stock. If not, you will be quickly notified and informed. And we will proceed to its manufacture.
As a general rule, if the order is placed before 3:00 p.m. (Madrid time, Spain), and the entire order is in stock, that same day it will be collected by the transport agency, and depending on the country of destination, it will take a certain time. For example, for Spain, orders are usually delivered within 72 hours from when you place the order. For the rest of the countries of Europe or the European Union, delivery is usually made before 30 days from the order, and for the rest of the world it usually takes around 30 or 70 days depending on the country. Remember that all our products are handcrafted for you, so delivery times may increase. We will try to speed up the shipping time as much as possible.
Please note that many of our products are handcrafted and personalized exclusively for you. So shipping times may vary. We will communicate and update all the information regarding your order.
The shipping price will depend on the amount of the purchase or the weight or volume of the selected items. This will be shown in your shopping cart at checkout. In general, all orders to Europe have a cost of €14.95 including taxes.

For The United States Of America, Canada, UK, Norway, Swiss, Andorra and other countries that are not members of the European Union or that do not have special trade agreements with the European Union. You will have to provide us with your personal document number for your country (we will request it once the order is placed). To include it in the invoice and form of the transport agency that will be necessary for the Customs of your country.
All products will be well packed and transported. In case of breakage during transport, we will take care of it after checking and verifying the damage of everything.
All our products have a 2-year warranty against breakage or manufacturing defects. We are not responsible or responsible in case of breakage due to manipulation or improper use of yours. Remember that they are personalized parts to your liking and that they present normal wear over time and for a desired design, you will have to modify or customize our products to your liking.
Remember that all our products are custom made exclusively for you and your order. Therefore, a refund is not possible because the final design of your motorcycle does not adapt to what is desired. We recommend that you take a good look at the example images and have knowledge of mechanics and DIY for good finishes.
If you have chosen your products wrong or have made a mistake when choosing your order, we will not make any refund or exchange, since remember that all our products are handmade and exclusively for you, in this case we will not be responsible.
In case of manufacturing defects, remember that you will have to pay for the contracting and shipping costs to our factory. Once your order is received, it will be thoroughly checked. In the event of a real defect, we will refund the amount initially paid. In case of not detecting failures, we will not be responsible and you will have to bear the contracting and return shipping costs.
